    What parameters should we provide for quotation?

    • Belts and pads: length×width×thickness

      Roller: inside diameter×outside diameter×length×thickness

      Spacer Sleeve: (profile size) length×width×height (or drawing)

      Felt Timing Belt: timing belt type + length×width + felt width×thickness + special requirement

    What is the minimum order quantity?

    • No MOQ for rollers or spacer sleeve

      For belts, MOQ = 400mm in total width

      For pads, MOQ = 1800mm in total length × 400mm in total width (except that we have stock)

    Can we get some samples?
    • Yes, we can provide cut samples free of charge and hopefully transportation cost is charged to your account.

    What is the lead time for the order?
    • Usually 3 to 7 working days. But since our products are made to your specific dimensions, it is better that we have the order details (item, dimension, quantity) from you. With this we can calculate a more accurate lead time for you so that you can make a good purchase plan.

    What is the payment term for the transaction?
    • We accept 100% advance payment. For different opinion, we can discuss. LC is acceptable too.

    How about the package?
    • Most of our products will first be packed up by protective films before packing in cartons. For special shipments, we can wrap the cartons up by waterproof films and fix it by tying PET straps. For bulk cargo, we can also pack on pallets. And if you have special requirements on maximum weight for each carton, just tell us in advance and we will arrange.

    Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
    • We produce and export of our own, both operationally and financially, with seamless connections between every key nodes, reducing intermediate links or cost.

    Is it possible to have a field trip?
    • Of course, we warmly welcome you and your companions to China, to our plant for a visit. We are situated in Foshan, a well-known city for aluminium with a complete and mature industry chain, covering products in upper and down stream. Your trip to Foshan will surely be a harvest.

    How to store the felt products?
    • The felt should be stored in a dry environment but without direct sunlight.
